how the hedes is there only 1 post on here...and why didnt mr. roboto get first post im so confused

Captain Kelly said...

Yeah, this is really unorthodox. Even if that is misspelled.

matthea said...

Can we claim a mis-post...kind of like a mis-deal?

matthea said...

and what does the "thumbs to side" mean brett? I'm confused. :)

Cropsterman said...

I would just like to say that i found my D2S shirt. i thought i was all un-responsible and lost it, but it turns out i am reponsible and never left it there. i am actually really excited because i like that shirt, and song.

becca said...

Yeah, I was confused too when I saw that there weren't any comments on this post. Im still a little bewildered.
Maybe Robin wanted to give us a chance?

funbobby said...

Hey Manda, Is the song on your shirt-

I want to hold the hand that holds the world? I love that song. I got Starfields hat. last year Josh got my poster autographed- but they have a new person now, so I don't have his.
John Neufield is still mine though. He's the blond guitar player.

Peace out yo!

The "side thumbs" are acutally signals for the ninjas hiding in the shadows to spring the trap. Unfortunatly, they all have really bad throwing-star aim and nobody was taken out.

becca said...

Unfortunatly??!! More like thankfully! I detest violence.

Cropsterman said...

ok so the game was amazing. a ton of people died. that is so how i like it. Brett you are amazing. you basically killed yourself but you helped me and matthea end the game. all i know is that brett is brave, matthea is a great person to team up with, and i got japan.

ryan said...

you guys are all playing risk now? I've lost some weekends to that game. you should try diplomacy. like risk but no dice.

Cropsterman said...

What are you talking about. and when i wrote that comment we were finished. we played wednesday from 10:30-1a.m and then today from like 12:30-6:30. it was so long.

Captain Kelly said...

It's a game, Broxterman, similar to Risk. They're on Amazon for about $30, which doesn't sound too bad. I'm going to seriously look into this.

Fun fact: Diplomacy is the only game, save for chess, to successfully use mail playing.

Yes, I honorably sacrificed myself for the greater good. I am a true hero. I'd make a Valhalla joke, but this is a Christian blog.

Cropsterman said...

either way i dont think i would understand the joke. i would have to say though, that matthea was my hero in that game. he saved me so many times and let me get to were i wanted so many times. without him and his honesty i would of been out right away. so thank you matthea for helping me and then not demolishing me in the end. then my second and last hero award goes to brett. he was so brave to attack the way he did with so little. he helped me a ton by weakening brandons troups and giving me his cards at the last chance he could. that helped a ton by giving me 50 troups. so thank you to both of you, and this teaches you brandon that i am a trusted partner in the game and can't lie, or be mean to the people i made a deel with.

becca said...

That was a beautiful speech. It brought tears to my eyes.

becca said...

Are you guys doing 30 hour famine this year?

Cropsterman said...

thanks. i dont know if we are or not. i want to though, i enjoy not eating. it makes me feel better about myself.

Captain Kelly said...

Yes, indeed we are. Plan to not eat during the end of April. 'K? Ok.

Captain Kelly said...

You all want to hear a story? Too bad, I'm gonna tell it anyway. I went to the church tonight, thinking that because of the lack of distractions that I could actually get some work done. It worked well in the past. But tonight is not the past, apparently. I find myself staring at the screen, dragging my feet. I hate this. I even kicked Matthea off the computer to work. Now I'm doing nothing. Man, I'm a jerk.

becca said...

What if I had said "Yes, I want to hear a story"?

Scott said...

heloooo everybody!

Scott said...

so I haven't bee on here in a while...

Scott said...

nice story brett. at least your honest with yourself.

funbobby said...

Hi Scott. No kidding you haven't been on for awhile. But hey, no bad feelings.

Tell us someting that happend to you lately. Haven't heard much on you on here.

Nothing left to say except, Brett, what's your story? that little thing you put, didn't sound like a story to me, but hey.

Miss you ppl.

matthea said...

no hard feelings Brett...in fact, I mangaged to get no studying done as well when I went home.

matthea said...

and you're a pretty amazing ally yourself, Amanda...I think that's the first time I've seen anyone carry an ally throughout the entire game.

matthea said...

although considering that was the second game I've ever played and third game I've watched...maybe that's not so spectacular

matthea said...

so since you guys don't have school on friday I was going to invite you out to my house to hang out after we catch up on sleep...but found out that my family is coming home this weekend...so I'll have to get back to you on if that still works.

matthea said...

Oh and when the NCAA tourney starts up, Jake, Jordan and whoever else that's interested...open invitation at my house for whenever to watch the games

matthea said...

oh and for all the constant bloggers...remind me tomorrow at youth group to tell you something...it's too classified to put on here.

Captain Kelly said...

*Cue spy movie music*

matthea said...

nice work on the special effects

Captain Kelly said...

You bet. Here I am at the church again, and messing around on the blog. I'm so weak.

matthea said...

haha...don't worry...i'm here messing around on the blog while still trying to study for that test

Cropsterman said...

I have watched many RISK games and i have never seen an ally last the whole game before. i also dont think i would be able to go to your house on friday if it worked out or not, because i have to work. you guys are better off than me at studying. i was in the middle of getting a good start on my spanish and the rest of my homework when the kids i babysit walked in. it is totally impossible to accomplish anything with them. they run around and want to play or are throwing off there shirts wanting to wrestle. it is quite funny but not a good environment to work.

matthea said...

interesting...I don't ever remember wanting to tear off my shirt when wrestling with my brother...of course I don't ever remember actually wanting to wrestle my brother either.

Captain Kelly said...

Just go outside and get a big stick. They'll let you study.

matthea said...

haha...until they get a hold of a the stick...and then trying to study will become eveh more painful

Captain Kelly said...

Matthea, have you seen the OP cell phone holster in your office? It is really stylin'. Really.

Captain Kelly said...

On a more light-hearted note, I'm averaging a page an hour. At this rate I can go home at 3am. I'm excited.

matthea said...

I believe that it is has escaped my attention...I will have to check that out.

Cropsterman said...

well the funny thing about that is that she is a girl. she watches to much pro wrestling and doesnt know that girls aren't supose to do that. she has a older brother that she wrestles but she puts up a good fight against him.

Captain Kelly said...

This little girl throws her shirt off to wrestle? I think it's time to have a talk with her and about how girls are supposed to act, Amanda.

I'm going to out on a limb here and claim the last post before the new post. {crossing my fingers}

becca said...

Nope. Sorry Matthea

matthea said...

oh well...at least I can stop crossing my fingers now.

Cropsterman said...

that is what i call dedication matthea you crossed your fingers for a long time and should of got that last post. Did you do good on your tests today?
